Education
Diane Boyd Rauber graduated with her B.S. in Communication
Disorders from Pennsylvania State University in 1982.
She then received her Master of Education in Special
Education from the University of Pittsburgh in 1984.
Ms. Rauber received her law degree from The Catholic
University of America School of Law in 1990. While attending
Catholic University, Ms. Rauber had several internships,
including with: The United States Senate, Committee on
Labor and Human Resource; United States Department of
Education, Office of General Counsel; and The National
Center for Law and the Deaf, Gallaudet University.
Legal Experience
Prior to working as an Of Counsel associate with The
Law Office of Wildhaber & Associates, Diane Boyd
Rauber was an associate at the law firm of Bonner & O’Connel
from 1992 to 1994, practicing in the areas of health
care and civil litigation. From 1990 to 1992 she was
a litigation staff attorney at the National Veterans
Legal Services Project (NVLSP). At NVLSP Ms. Rauber represented
veterans and their families before the U.S. Court of
Veterans Appeals and the Board of Veterans’ Appeals.
Community Service
Ms. Rauber was an Appointed Member of the Montgomery
County Citizens Review Panel for Children from 2001 to
2004. She also served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate
(CASA) in Montgomery County, Maryland, from 1995 to 2001.
